Terms of Service
1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your event date.
The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your event.

Payment details will be provided via invoice. Late payment may result in cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, the following fees apply:

More than 12 months in advance: Booking fee retained, no further charge.

9–12 months before the event: 25% of the full quoted balance is due.

6–9 months before the event: 50% of the full quoted balance is due.

Less than 6 months before the event: 100% of the full quoted balance is due.
All cancellations must be made in writing. If Emex Events is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be offered.

3. Changes to Your Booking
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your booking, including colour palettes, quantities, or design tweaks.
Major changes may incur additional costs and are subject to availability. Final design decisions must be confirmed no later than 6 weeks before your event.

4. Damages & Responsibility
You are responsible for all hired items during the event. Any damage, loss, or breakages will be chargeable.
We recommend that any items used (e.g., vases, props, candle holders) are treated with care and not removed from the venue without prior agreement.

5. Setup & Access
Emex Events will liaise with your venue to arrange setup and collection times. Please ensure we have access to the venue at the agreed time.
Any delays due to venue access restrictions may impact the setup and styling.

6. Floral Substitutions
While we do our best to use the flowers and foliage as discussed, seasonal availability may vary.
We reserve the right to substitute blooms with others of equal value and style, maintaining the overall aesthetic.

7. Photography & Promotion
We may photograph your setup for use on our website and social media. Please let us know in writing if you do not wish for your images to be shared.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, venue issues, or illness.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
